Use Petition to Expunge Form For The Cases Below

Cases in which you were acquitted, released without conviction, not charged, there was a not guilty finding or nor probable cause use.

Cases that were stricken off the call with leave to reinstate (SOL) 120 days after SOL if demand for trial, or 160 days if no demand for trial and only if prosecutor did not reinstate your case during this time.

Cases, other than those listed to the left in Exhibit A, in which an Order of Supervision was entered and two years have passed since discharge and dismissal of supervision.

Cases in which the Governor has issued a pardon that specifically states that your records should be expunged.

Use Petition to Expunge and Seal Form For The Cases Below

Cases in which an Order of Supervision was entered and five years have passed since termination of supervision for 1 thru 8 in Exhibit A.

Cases in which an Order was entered terminating probation and at least five years have passed since the Order of Termination was entered for charges 9 thru 12 in Exhibit A.

Cases in which a conviction or sentence has been set aside on direct review or an collateral attack and the court determines by clear and convincing evidence that you are factually innocent of the charge(s). You can immediately use the Petition to Expunge and Seal.
